Howto use:
Alternate training for about 20 minutes a day with different weights.
Start with the single support and the purple, yellow or turquoise ball: they weigh 40 grams each, which is perfect for getting started. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant for a comfortable feel.
After a little practice, you can move on to the double holder and combine the pink and blue ball: they weigh 50 and 60 grams.

Two ball holders are available, one for one ball, the other for two balls. Both holders are highly flexible and extendable, so it's easy to change the different balls.
Each holder has a handy 5 cm long removal cord.
Balls and holders are made from body-safe silicone.
You can easily clean your Vita pelvic training kit with warm water, mild antibacterial soap or sex toy cleaner.
